Consumer dispute resolution

The European Commission’s online dispute resolution platform closed on 20 July 2025, so there is no longer an ODR link to give. If something goes wrong, write to us at hello@roosta.app first — we would much rather fix it directly.

We are not obliged to take part in dispute resolution proceedings before a consumer arbitration board, and we do not do so voluntarily.

Purchases

Roosta is sold through the App Store and Google Play, not through this website. Your purchase contract is with Apple or Google under their terms, and refunds are handled by the store you bought from. See the Terms of Service for the detail.
