The short answer

For the first fifteen to thirty minutes after waking, your brain is measurably impaired — slower, worse at decisions, and unable to form reliable memories. That state is called sleep inertia, and it is the reason "just get up" is not useful advice.

Set one alarm you actually have to earn.

Pick a mission tonight. Tomorrow morning it will not let you dismiss it half asleep — and it will still let you out if you genuinely need to be somewhere.
